Abstract:
To provide a press of paper web which is simply, quickly and economically engaged in a printing unit.
An engaging system 69 for engaging the paper web 3 is provided to the press 1. The engaging system 69 has a bar 70 for towing the paper web 3, which can be practically elongated over all length of blanket cylinders 22A, 22B inside a frame 28, and at least one transferring apparatus 72 for transferring the bar in a downstream direction through space 64 provided between the blanket cylinders 22A, 22B when the printing unit occupies cylinder extracted arrangement.
