The rollers 10 and 11 decide a feeding direction movement amount for reciprocating the rolled paper 2 according to the rolled paper 2 cut shape, and the rolled paper 2 is cut out in accordance with the predetermined shape according to width directional movement amount control of the cutter 19 and feeding directional movement amount control of the rollers 10 and 11.
