Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which can perform printing under an optimum condition for an ink charging operation and an ink delivery operation.SOLUTION: A printer includes: a cylindrical printing plate 20 which is freely rotatable in a desired direction and formed with a recess 22 on the surface thereof; a cylindrical first doctor 30 which is brought into contact with the surface of the printing plate 20 and is freely rotatable in the desired direction; a second doctor 50 which is brought into contact with the surface of the first doctor 30; and a blanket 40 which is freely rotatable in the desired direction, freely movable in the vertical direction with respect to the longitudinal direction of the blanket 40 with respect to the printing plate 20 and transfers ink charged into the recess 22 of the printing plate 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
