Abstract:
To prevent the occurrence of the bending and breakage of a printing medium.SOLUTION: A printer comprises a printing part for performing printing on a printing medium, and a holding pin for holding the printing medium, which is to be supplied to the printing part, in a roll state. The printer can switch between a first state in which the holding pin holds the printing medium in a predetermined position and a second state in which the holding pin holds the printing medium in a position closer to the printing part than the predetermined position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
