To perform of classification of sheets with simple configuration and simple control in a printer.SOLUTION: A printer (stencil printer 1) comprises a printing part 20 for printing on a sheet S, and a control part 41 for controlling the printing part 20. The control part 41 performs classification control such that a printing content C, which is same as a print content C in at least one of the sheet S printed before a classification sheet S0 which classifies plural sheets S, and the sheet S printed after the classification sheet, is printed on the classification sheet S0 with deviation of print position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
