Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print by uniform quality and to further deal with the aging change by making it possible to manufacturing a low-cost multi-nozzle print head, raising the substantial resolution and printing at the accurate print gradation level.
SOLUTION: A shading correcting unit 14 corrects a print data signal to be printed by using shading correction data previously obtained and stored in an EE-PROM 10 and shading correction data input from a man-machine interface unit 2, and generates a head application signal for driving a print head 16 from the print data after the correction.
