Abstract:
Provided is a printing machine that can replace a plate safely. The printing machine is provided with: a plate cylinder 1 and an impression cylinder 2 that are disposed with circumferential surfaces thereof separating from each other; a rubber cylinder 3 that is disposed between both the cylinders; and a rubber cylinder driving means 4 that causes the rubber cylinder 3 to press against the plate cylinder 1 and causes the rubber cylinder 3 to move to a cylinder insertion position at which the rubber cylinder 3 is caused to press against the impression cylinder 2 via a sheet conveyed by the impression cylinder 2, a cylinder extraction position at which the rubber cylinder 3 is caused to separate from the plate cylinder 1 and the impression cylinder 2, and a retraction position at which the rubber cylinder 3 is caused to further separate from the cylinder extraction position with respect to at least the plate cylinder 1.
