Title:
PRINTING APPARATUS HAVING AT LEAST TWO ROLLERS WHICH COLLABORATE EACH OTHER IN IMPRESSION THROW-IN POSITION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008213492
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce sensitivity to be influenced (oversensitiveness) to the change or the fluctuation of impression throw-in force (surface pressure) so as to easily obtain printed product of high quality, and to maintain this.

In the printing apparatus having at least two rollers 01;02;14;16;18 which cooperate with each other at the impression throw-in position, one of these rollers is composed as an intermediate cylinder 02;14, which has an elastic and/or compressive layer 06 in the region of its outer circumference and the intermediate cylinder and another rollers 01;16;18 are mutually relatively disposed such that, at the impression throw-in position, the compression size S of the layer 06 becomes at least 0.18 mm in the roller gap 03 by the approximately non-compressive and non-elastic outer circumferences of the other rollers 01;16;18.
