Developing apparatuses 16A and 16B are provided in accordance with each printing plate drum 13, and these developing apparatuses are driven by a development driving system 50. The development driving system 50 has a motor 52, and its torque is guided downward by a belt 55, and is branched and transmitted to each of the developing apparatuses 16A and 16B. A transfer drum 14 and a sheet carrying apparatus 100 are driven by a non-development driving system 51. The non-development driving system 51 has a motor 56, and its torque is transmitted by a belt 72. The printing plate drum 13 is rotated by following the transfer drum 14.
