To enable multicolor superimposition printing at least positioned in high accuracy in a case of printing the pattern on the web film base material by forming a pattern by a first transfer on a roll-to-roll continuous film and conducting a second transfer at the pattern formed by the first transfer to the web film base material, and further achieve space saving in an alignment mechanism.
The web film 21 drawn out from a raw fabric roll 1 is used as a printing bran, an ink thin film is uniformly formed together with the movement of the web film 21 by an ink applying head 3, is conducted by the second transfer at the web film base material 5 through a first transfer plate 4, and is then wound on a take-up roll 2. The web film 21 is fixed by sandwiching it from both sides of an upper surface and a lower surface by a fixing member. A fixing member frame 7 has a window shape opening part at a central part, and facilitates the observation of an alignment mark when it is positioned at the web film base material in a second transfer process.
