To provide a printing cassette capable of suppressing quality deterioration of print, while having a mechanism for outputting driving force to the outside.SOLUTION: A printing cassette includes a printing tape, a transfer mechanism having an input rotation part and an output rotation part, and a part to be detected for allowing an external device to detect identification information containing transfer ratio information related to a transfer ratio determined by dividing rotational speed of the input rotation part by rotational speed of the output rotation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
