Title:
PRINTING FOR CHANGING RECORDING RATE OF DOTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SIZE ERROR OF INK DROPLET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008100529
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To suppress a generation of granularity or banding caused by errors of ink discharge amounts.
In the printing of this invention, a plurality of types of ink droplets having different ink amounts are selectively discharged, thereby forming dots having different sizes in the region of one pixel. A printing device of this invention receives error information which represents the errors of the ink amounts of particular ink droplets of at least one type among these and adjusts the recording rate of the dots formed by the particular ink droplets according to the error information.
