Abstract:
PURPOSE: To output printing information corresponding to the priority by outputting the printing information when the time of a time measuring means is matches with the arithmetic result, performing reserved printing at desired time and automatically setting the printing time band of reserved printing to a comparatively idle time band when there are many sheets to print the information.
CONSTITUTION: Concerning the setting of a reserved printing function, printing data are first sent from a host computer to a copying machine. The sent printing data are sent through an I/F part 75 to an error diffusion processing part 70C of an image data input part 70 and stored in a memory 73. Next, the reserved printing function is selected on the side of copying machine and the start time band of printing is inputted. At such a time, the time band not to be frequently used as the copying machine is previously inputted on the side of printer. Corresponding to input ocntents, the time required for printing is calculated from the job amount of printing data and collated with a reservation enabled time band and when that time is not included in the reservation enabled time band, it is set by shifting the start time but when it is matched, the printing data are outputted.
