To provide a printing cylinder unit for an offset rotary press for improving a printing quality by eliminating an unevenness of the quality in a printing cylinder having a rubber cylinder of a larger diameter than that of a plate cylinder.

The printing cylinder unit 10 for an offset rotary press comprises a plate cylinder 57 having a printing plate wound on its outer periphery, and a double rubber cylinder 18 having a double diameter as large as a diameter of the cylinder 57 and two rubber blankets 23A, 23B wound on its outer periphery. Thus, a printing unevenness can be prevented. And, since a print of one revolution is transferred to the blankets 23A, 23B when the cylinder 57 is rotated one revolution, the prints transferred to the blankets 23A, 23B become the same to prevent unevenness of the printing quality, thereby improving the quality.
