Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a proper developing processing of a printing plate under the state being held on the outer peripheral part of a cylinder.
SOLUTION: In this processing method, during a period until a developing solution is squeezed through the abutting of B squeezing roller against a printing plate after the developing solution is applied to the printing plate held on a first plate cylinder 11 or on a second plate cylinder through the abutting of a developing roller 374 against the printing plate, the printing plate held on the outer periphery of the first plate cylinder 11 or of the second plate cylinder 12 rotates by an angle of θ=360°+θ1. the other hand, rotating angular speed of the first plate cylinder 11 or of the second plate cylinder 13 by means of a plate cylinder rotating mechanism becomes θ/T, in which let T is a time required for the developing processing by the developing solution of the printing plate. As a result, the printing plate is properly developing-processed during a period until the developing solution is squeezed with the squeezing roller 374 after the developing solution is applied to the printing plate.
