To enable a user to recognize that a small increase or decrease in load weight is more economical, thereby improving convenience.SOLUTION: A print label creation device 100 is connected to a weight measuring device 200 and includes a thermal head 25 for printing and a CPU 44, the CPU 44 acquiring, for each of a plurality of weight divisions mutually separated by a plurality of weight boundary values, a correlation in which corresponding fees are correlated, determining whether or not weight data from the weight measuring device 200 falls within a prescribed range of any weight boundary value, and notifying of a deviation from the weight data to a specific weight boundary value when it is determined that the weight data falls within the prescribed range of the specific weight boundary value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
