PURPOSE: To print continuously a print pattern in optional length on a running web by arranging a periphery setting means (spacer) between a printig plate and a plate body replacably as well selectively.
CONSTITUTION: The periphery 211 of a plate body is first set with a periphery setting means 220, covering which a printing plate sheet 230 is set, to the periphery thereof the printing plate 240 consisting of, for instance, rubber sticked. On the periphery 241 of the printing plate 240 a position adjusting mark using for treatment such as cutting and a fixed print pattern are stamped. The periphery setting means 220, when the length of print pattern, namely a pitch is differenct, is required in such a number matching for the length thereof.
