Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the contamination of the feed roll of a next process with undried ink by providing a printing ink drying unit in a printing unit device.

CONSTITUTION: A printing ink drying unit 15 is arranged immediately after a printing part 4" and has an infrared heater 17 and a room temp. air supply device 18. Undried ink is heated by the infrared heater 17 and the moisture of the ink is evaporated to be swept off by the air supply device to effectively dry the printing ink and the contamination of the feed rolls in a next process is prevented.
