Abstract:
To display a printing format to be designated in response to an attributes of a data file obtained from external equipment.
When one or more of data files are designated among data files memorized in a file server 30, a printing machine 50 displays both of color printing and black and white printing as the printing format capable of designating when the designated data file is permitted for color printing during entry, and displays black and white printing only as the designatable printing format when the color printing is not permitted.
