Abstract:
To improve the freedom of color tone control in printing.
A printing machine 10 includes a printing controller 11 capable of executing a plurality of different color tone controlling operations for controlling the color tone of a printed matter. The printing controller 11 first selects one of the plurality of color tone controlling operations to start printing in a given print job. When a printed matter by the selected color tone control operation satisfies a predetermined criterion, the printing controller 11 selects a color tone control operation different from the last color tone control operation, and executes remaining printing in the last print job by using this color tone control operation.
