Abstract:
PURPOSE: To avoide the splashes and overflowing of ink and the defects concerning a printing machine.
CONSTITUTION: The recycling device 12 of a residual ink of a printing machine 10 has a long scratching off roller train 14 for carrying a residual ink, a scratching off blades for removing the residual ink along the lengths of scratching off rollers 18 and a mechanical conveyor 32 for transferring the removed residual ink to a pump 54 for transferring to an ink recycling tank 16. The mechanical conveyor 32 has a plurality of flexible elements 30 or flexible vanes 30A arranged spirally round a shaft 48 provided rotatably in order to carry the removed residual ink in the region 28 of a housing 34. In addition, the mechanical conveyor 32 is rotatably mounted to the rollers.
