Abstract:
To provide a printing management system, sheet management method and program which can find the cause when a sheet feeding error or the like occurs in a system constituted by an image formation apparatus and an external sheet feeding unit with loose coupling, facilitate recovery after resolving the sheet feeding error or the like, and improve the convenience.SOLUTION: A printing management system having an image formation apparatus having a sheet feeding unit includes: determination means which determines whether or not a region causing a sheet feeding error is a specific sheet feeding unit; display means which displays information requesting confirmation of the setting of the specific sheet feeding unit on a display unit when the region causing the sheet feeding error is the specific sheet feeding unit; and automatic recovery means which executes the automatic recovery processing when the region causing the sheet feeding error is not the specific sheet feeding unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
