To provide a printing plate making method which can shorten time required for making a printing plate for recording a picture part on an aluminum support and/or make a printing plate making device compact, and to provide the printing plate making device.

This method, employed for making the printing plate with at least, the aluminum support, comprises a bender means for forming a punch perforation/bending part for mounting on a printing machine and a drawing means for recording the picture part. In addition, the method enables the drawing of a picture on the printing plate positioned by the bender means, using the drawing means.
