Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome problems that a desired printing cannot be conducted in a printing method using an intaglio when printing is conducted by using a printing plate with a groove width in a short-length direction of a groove of 100 μm to 1,000 μm, because a doctor blade drops in the groove of the printing plate, and a printed matter is broken with shortage of liquid dripping with a method for arranging a projection in a groove inside and making a desired shape by using liquid dripping of an ink because the ink having high viscosity is used when a printed matter to be formed is fine.SOLUTION: A desired printing is available by remaining a part of a printing plate surface in a direction orthogonal to an extending direction of a groove of the printing plate because a doctor blade dose not drop in even the groove of the printing plate and liquid dripping is enough even with using an ink having high viscosity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
