Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate with a metal/aromatic polyimide hybrid structure in which a creep phenomenon between base marks under a gauze stretching tension is decreased and a high coordinate positional accuracy of an aperture for printing is provided and good adhesiveness and plate release properties between an article to be printed and it and excellent cream solder falling-out properties are provided.
SOLUTION: The printing plate is divided into a repeating basic pattern part constituting beveling, a part containing a divided region except the repeating basic pattern part constituting the beveling and an outer peripheral part and the repeating basic pattern part constituting the beveling is constituted of an aromatic polyimide material and the part containing the divided region except the repeating basic pattern part constituting the beveling and the outer peripheral part are constituted of a metal material and the aromatic polyimide material and the base marks 4 are formed on parts of this outer peripheral part.
