Printed matter discharged from an inkjet printer 10b is dried by heating by being delivered in the B2 direction and passing through between heaters 21c and 21d. Thereafter, it passes through a roller 45c and is conveyed in the C2 direction, and it passes through a roller 45d and is conveyed to a laminating processing part 30b. The roller 45c is movable in the direction L to make drying time changeable. In the laminating processing part 30b, a laminated film 37b is conveyed in the D2 direction, and at a part of a roller 45e, it is released into a release paper 39b and a seal part 41b. In the seal part 41b, a resin is melted by heat rollers 33c and 33d, and is pressure-bonded by heating and stuck on the dried printed matter in a drying part 20b.
