Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable optimum printing which is efficient by using different kinds of printers.
SOLUTION: A scanner 2 when receiving a plurality of simultaneous output indication from an operator sends an indication for multiple simultaneous output to a print managing server 1 and sends printing indication information (number of sets, both-side printing, stapling, etc.), specified by the operator and pieces of image data generated by matching the kinds of the printers 3 which are selected and specified. Then the print managing server 1 when receiving the indication for multiple simultaneous output and receiving the print indication information and the pieces of image data stores and manages those print indication information and pieces of image data while making them correspond to each other and distributes corresponding image data to a desired printer according to the stored and managed data.
