To provide a printing system in which reprinting is easily performed by designating data desired to reprint by remote control from an image proces sor.

The printing system provided with the image processor and a printer for receiving printing data from the image processor for carrying out printing of it stores/manages job information on printed job data, stores the printed job data on the side of the image processor, reads the job information to be stored and managed so that it can be browsed on the side of the image processor, selects the job data to be reprinted and the printer to be its output destination and transfers the job data to the printer selected as the output destination from the image processor having the job data selected as the object of reprinting stored therein.
