Abstract:
To perform continuous printing on bodies to be printed with different plane sizes.SOLUTION: A printing system 100 comprises an ID detection device 20 that detects IDs 91 provided in bodies 90 to be printed, an alignment device 40 that aligns the bodies 90 to be printed at predetermined positions, and a printing device 10 that applies printing liquid to the bodies 90 to be printed. The alignment device 40 is provided with: a stage 41 on which the bodies 90 to be printed are placed; an alignment pin 43; first moving means that moves the alignment pin 43 from a first position to a second position on the basis of a detected result by the ID detection device 20; a detector 47 that detects an alignment mark 93 provided on the body 90 to be printed; and second moving means that moves the alignment pin 43 from the second position to a third position, on the basis of a detected result by the detector 47.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
