Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation in outputting printed matters to plural bins in a printing system having a printing means to provided with plural bins.
SOLUTION: When the printing system receives a print setting done by a user and judges that plural bins are specified as paper ejecting targets in this print setting, the number of bins specified to be paper ejecting targets is set as a copy value ΣCOPY expressing the total number of copies of printing (S40-S44). And, a command for specifying the paper ejecting targets and a command for specifying the number of copies are transmitted to a printing device (S46). Here, for example, if a 1st bin, a 2nd bin, and a 5th bin are specified by a user, a command designating the paper ejecting targets such as BIN1, BIN3, NIN5 and a command for the total number of copies ΣCOPY=3 are transmitted as the information to control the printing. After that, normal printing processing is executed according to an application program.
