PURPOSE: To dispense with regulation of a mount position of a form roller, when a plate cylinder is to be replaced by a plate cylinder of a different diameter, by fixing two form rollers of different diameters, respectively, to a second movable frame in such positions that plate cylinders of provisional maximum and minimum diameters being contacted with the form rollers are the same in height.

CONSTITUTION: In the case where a diameter Pmax of a plate cylinder 14a of a maximum diameter is 145mm, a diameter Pmin of a plate cylinder 14b of a minimum diameter is 50mm, a diameter F1 of a first form roller 15 is 70mm, a diameter F2 of a second form roller 16 is 61mm, and a diameter F of a vibrating roller 27 is 101mm, the first and second form rollers 15, 16, respectively, are fixed on a second movable frame in such positions that a height of an axis of the plate cylinder 14a of a maximum diameter when provisionally positioned to contact with the form rollers is the same as that of an axis of the plate cylinder 14b of a minimum diameter when provisionally positioned to contact with the first and second form rollers 15, 16.
