PURPOSE: To apply the service class and the destination regulation level which are set at a telephone of a transferee side to the telephone of the transferee side and at the same time to change the destination of the call charge applied to the telephone of the transferee side to the telephone of the transferee side.

CONSTITUTION: The call received by an extension telephone 2-1 is transferred to an extension telephone 2-2 and then various processing requests are received from the telephone 2-2. Under such conditions, a central control part 11 refers to the service class number and the destination regulation level number set at the telephone 2-1 of the transferee side to decide whether those requests of the telephone 2-2 of the transferee side can be accepted or not. If so, the part 11 processes these requests. At the same time, the part 11 produces the data to change the call charge of the telephone 2-2 to the telephone 2-1 and sends this data to a call charge controller 5.
