In the cordless speech system in which a plurality of antennas 17 connected to a stationary wireless device 15 are distributed to predetermined positions and which makes communications with a mobile wireless device 16 resident in a communication area with at least one antenna 17, the system detects distance information between the mobile wireless device 16 carried by a person in charge 12 and a plurality of the antennas in the vicinity of the mobile wireless device 16, outputs the positional information of the mobile wireless device 16 on the basis of a plurality of the distance information items, and displays the positional information on a screen of a personal computer so as to recognize the current position of the person in a change 12 on the screen when the person moves.
