This prize managing system has the prize game machine U04 which provides a game for acquiring a prize 50 having a radio tag to the customer, a customer operated terminal unit U01 which is equipped with a radio tag reader 21 and provides a service for imparting an incentive to the customer, a terminal unit U02 for a shop worker which is equipped with a radio tag reader 34 and performs a replenishing process or the like of the prize 50 to the prize game machine U04, and the server device U03 which performs a prize managing process by DB. Data including ID is acquired by reading the tag of the prize 50 acquired by the customer by the radio tag reader 21 of the customer operated terminal unit U01, and a deleting process for the prize 50 is performed to the server device U03 by using the data. At the same time, a lottery service process is performed as an incentive imparting service process to the customer by the customer operated terminal unit U01.
