Prizes are previously stored in a planarly arranged state in a prize cartridge 110, and the cartridge 110 is detachably supported to a stay 102 fixed near a prize outlet 20. A lid part 170 locked by a bolt 180 is disposed under the prize cartridge 110. The bolt 180 is connected by a spindle 190 and a string 192 both mounted on an expansion option 300 attached to an end of a fixed table 6. When the spindle 190 is pushed by a game medium and falls from the expansion option 300, the bolt 180 is loosened and the lid part 170 is opened. The prizes stored in the prize cartridge 110 slide down by their own weight and are released. If the prizes are released, the device can be refilled with prizes soon only by replacing the cartridge with another prize cartridge 110.
