PURPOSE: To connect a probe with the contact of an electronic device without bringing them into mutual contact by providing electric contacts corresponding to the pitch of contact of the electronic device at one end of a conduction path and electric contacts having a pitch applicable to the probe of a measuring instrument at the other end of the conduction path.
CONSTITUTION: Electric contacts are formed at one end of a conduction path 14 contiguous to the end face 13 of a flexible dielectric board 12. Electric contacts 20 are formed at the other end of the conduction path 14 continuos to the end face 22 of the board 12 opposing to the end face 18. The board 12 has side faces 24, 26 spreading outward from the end face 18 toward the end face 22 and an adapter 10 is formed substantially in trapezoidal. The electric contacts 16 are arranged at a pitch corresponding to that of the electric contacts 28 on an electronic device 30 and the electric contacts 20 are arranged at a pitch applicable to the probe of a handheld measuring apparatus, e.g. an oscilloscope or a logic analyzer. In other words, adjacent electric contacts 20 are spaced apart sufficiently from each other and the contact can be probed with no possibility of short circuit.
