Abstract:
To provide a probe capable of measuring an environmental change in a cellular level, and capable of measuring localization of oxidation stress and a change thereof with time, and further capable of measuring the intracellular oxidation stress, etc., in real time, to provide a protein, and to provide a measuring method using the same.
This molecular probe is used for detecting the environmental change, wherein the molecular probe is coupled with at least one pigment and optical characteristics of the probe change responding to oxidation stress, so that the molecular probe detects the environmental change which may produce an effect on an organism.
