Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform discrimination of homo and hetero and discrimination of a wild-type allele highly accurately to each of variant-type allele CYP2C19*2 and CYP2C19*3 in a CYP2C19 gene.SOLUTION: A probe includes an oligonucleotide having a base length of 13 to 23 which consists of a sequence: 5'- TTTCCCRGGAACC-3' or a sequence in which 1 to 5 bases are added to both ends of the sequence, or an oligonucleotide having the entire base length of 15 to 25 which consists of a sequence: 5'-CCCCCTGRATCCAGG-3' or a sequence in which 1 to 5 bases are added to both ends of the sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: None
