Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a pressure-welding depth of a base pin of a fluorescent lamp to be measured automatically by using a probe. CONSTITUTION:A sliding member 12 is engaged to a probe main body 11 so that it can be slid where a pin protruding hole 21 is formed at one end face and a light-emitting diode Q1 and a photodiode Q2 are provided opposingly within an inside facing the other end face. A pin 15 is provided while it is extended from one edge of this sliding member 12 and protrudes from the protrusion hole 21 toward outside. a spring member 18 for energizing this pin 15 in the protrusion direction constantly is provided, and at the same time a light- screening plate 13 which travels between the light-emitting diode Q1 and the photodiode Q2 according to an amount of protrusion of the pin 15 is provided at the other edge of the sliding member 12.
