Abstract:

To provide a procedure support system, a procedure support method and a computer readable recording medium for easily performing a moving procedure and business negotiations.

This procedure support system is provided with a customer terminal 15 and servers connected to a communication network 1 including an electronic account settlement server 4. It is provided with a moving server 7 for supplying information for indicating a procedure required at moving to the customer terminal 15 in the case that the information for expressing the intension of moving is supplied from the customer terminal 15 and electronically setting the account for the procedure by supplying the information inputted to the customer terminal 15 depending on the procedure to the electronic account settlement server 4.
