PURPOSE: To reduce a cost of equipment and the equipment wear by dropping bulk powder from a supplying apparatus onto a powder cushion of an expansion means of flow width to expand the width of flow, dropping the powder having expanded width of flow near to a ridge of a saddle-type distributing equipment to separate the powder into a large particle size group and a fine particle size group and separately discharging them.

CONSTITUTION: Bulk powder is supplied by a supplying apparatus 26. In a flow width expansion mean 21, cushion of bulk power 24 leaning in resting angle from a discharge edge of powder 23 set at the end of support 22 is set on the support 22. In a saddle-type distributing equipment 28, cushion of bulk power 33 leaning in resting angle from each discharge edge of powder 31, 32 set at the front and back ends of support 30 and having a ridge parallel to the discharge edges 31, 32 is set on the support 30. A large particle size group and a fine particle size group are each discharged from two discharge paths. As a result, it is possible that a cost of equipment, the equipment wear and the frequency of maintenance and inspection can be reduced as much as possible.
