PURPOSE: To cut and chamfer an edge part of a work piece at a high speed by arranging a pair of circular saw blades so as to pinch a printed circuit board work piece, and forming the saw blades with a teeth part in one side of the saw teeth part and with a chamfering failure part in the other side thereof.
CONSTITUTION: Saw blades 10a, 10b for cutting a margin part of a circuit board work piece 8 are engaged with each other, and both the saw blades 10a, 10b bite the work piece 8 from both surfaces of the work piece, and the margin part 15 and the work piece 8 main body are cut so as to have a U-shaped or a V-shaped cross section. Edge of the circuit board work piece is trimmed by a chamfering failure part formed in the saw blades 10a, 10b for trimming with one cutting operation.
