Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method and an apparatus for cautiously removing an excessive amount of liquid from threads running at a high speed.
CONSTITUTION: The threads are turned its running direction to release an excessive amount of liquid from the threads running at a high speed and the released liquid is separated. The threads run in a tightly sealed chamber, a vacuum is generated inside the chamber to promote the evaporation of the liquid. The air associating to the thread is taken off, when the threads pass through narrow spaces. These drying effects are combined to constitute one process step.
