Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the thickness of coated film uniform by a simple method by supplying a coating material to the bottom surface of a bottle, etc. turned around a central axis by inclining its bottom surface.
CONSTITUTION: A bottle 30 held with bottom surface 33 melined is turned around its central axis 32. Then, a coating material 41 is supplied to the bottom surface 33 of the bottle 30 from a nozzle 40. The bottle 30 is then turned while holding it horizontally. By this method, the coating material 41 is supplied to the bottom surface concentrically, and coating film having uniform thickness is formed.
