Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for continuously producing a polyimide laminated body with a conductor at both faces in a state of rolling up.
SOLUTION: In the process for producing the polyimide laminated body with the conductor at both faces comprising the steps of continuously introducing a laminated body with the conductor at one face having at least three layers of a polyimide resin layer including a base layer on conductive metal foil (M1), an intermediate main layer and a top layer and a substrate composed of conductive metal foil (M2) between a pair of heat press rolls, and laminating and integrating the conductive metal foil (M2) in the top layer by heat press bonding, the laminated body with the conductor at one face and the conductive metal foil (M2) before introduced between the heat press rolls are brought into contact with the surface of the heat press roll after each is pre-heated at a temperature of 200°C or higher to a glass transition point of a polyimide resin of the top layer under an inert gas atmosphere.
