Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of raw materials remaining in pipings to make high-precision control possible by discriminating whether the supply quantity of raw materials is stabilized or not and comparing this stabilized quantity with a predeterminate quantity. CONSTITUTION:In the first control system 14, a flow rate of raw materials A flowed into a vessel 13 is detected by a flaw rate detector 16, and a flow rate control signal is outputted to a process control part 10. The control part 10 outputs an operation signal in accordance with the deviation of this flow rate control signal from a set value of the flow rate to control opening/closing of an operation valve 17. In the second control system 15 having the similar constitution, raw materials B are flowed into the vessel 13 by opening/closing control of an operation valve 19. A mixture of raw materials A and B is obtained in the vessel 13; and since this mixture is flowed and is not immediately stabilized, the deviation of a pressure detection value from an average pressure value is obtained by the control part 10, and it is discriminated that the mixture is stabilized when this deviation is within a preliminarily determined range. Thereafter, the weight is measured, and the weight value is stored in a memory when it reaches an allowable range.
