Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a process control system which can easily control the physical distribution and the stock of parts with high reliability without giving any burden to a system control operator. CONSTITUTION:In the process control system, a process control computer 1 is connected to the data input devices 5 provided on each process of a plant via a communication circuit network. At the same time, the process control system is provided with a control data register function which collects the stock reduction defining information on the parts that are used according to the flowing order and the production of a work 7 by machine type classifications with the data inputted from each process before the work 7 is produced and distributed, a distribution instructing/data holding function which stores the collected data in a definition file through the computer 1, and an automatic parts reduction function which instructs the flowing order of the work 7 to a worker based on the definition data and reduces the stock of parts automatically and in real time when the work 7 is actually produced and distributed.
