Abstract:
PURPOSE:To secure the rational connection between a process controller and a digital system by using an analyzer which delivers discrete and irregular output and obtaining automatically synchronization by a computer and with use of an analysis end signal. CONSTITUTION:The components in a pip 3 are analyzed by an analyzer 7 set into a microprocessor, and an analysis signal AS is delivered together with an analysis end signal EAS. These two signals are supplied to an input/output port 9 of a decentralized computer system 8 and procesed by a signal processing arithmetic module 10. Then a control operation like proportion, etc, is applied to the deviation between the value set previously by a PID arithmetic module 11 and the signal AS. The result of the conrol operation is turned into a control output MV via the port 9 and delivered to an operation terminal 6. The analyzer 7 samples the process quantity for analysis and delivers a discrete signal AS.
