Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize a process determination method where components are allotted to mounters taking the load balance of processes into consideration.
CONSTITUTION: A process determination method is composed of a first step (1) where a reference load is set, a second (2) where a minimum division unit is set, a third step (3) where components are sorted, a fourth step (4) and a fifth step (5) where a load allocation process is carried out, a sixth step (6) where a reallotment process is carried out, and a seventh step (7) where a determination result is outputted.
