Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a process and device for manufacturing a filter member from a fiber non-woven fabric to maintain a good utilizing characteristic even if the member is used for long period.
CONSTITUTION: Two kinds of materials are separately melted and each melt is independently fed to each outlet (4) group of a spinning rotor 1 by means of a distributor device. An extruded fiber 2 is stretched and combined to be allowed to form a flat structure and then charged triboelectrically by an after treatment.
